Problem with resigning

I'm having trouble resigning a certain player and wanted to see if anyone else was having the same problem. The player keeps asking for different amounts. However, its not like his price goes up up up, it goes up, then down, then up. One time it was $20k, then it was $11k, then $20k.

So I tried meeting demand, and that hasn't worked as I keep getting a message that my amount doesn't meet his asking price. Huh?

So I tried going above all of his prices, offering like $25k, but that didn't work either.

Anyone else running into a simular problem, or is mine maybe a mogul glitche that I should talk to the Commish about?

I have not had any issues resigning anyone.
