Ray Collins should win this hands down at 27-7 and 2.33 and he pushed his team to the brink this year. Too bad he doesn't have better hitters and pitchers around him.
Lou Polchow stepped out of the shadow of Tom Fisher this year and had his best season going 27-12 2.61 and to become quite the force during the season and the playoffs.
Cy Vorhees is now an ace after going 27-14 2.91 to lead the A's to their best season ever.
Tom Fisher who is always on this list went 25-20 2.81, but may be over shadowed this season by his teammate Polchow.
Eddie Cicotte is the finest knuckleballer the PBA has ever seen going 23-18 2.89 and leading the Highlanders almost to the playoffs.
